“There’s never a dull moment when you’re behind the wheel of the all-new Audi Q3. It’s a thrilling departure from the everyday, in every way.” This is the idea behind the latest Audi A3 commercial.

The spot, entitled “Takeoff,” features a young woman transported in handcuffs by two policemen on a plane, who – after noticing an Audi Q3 speeding along the plane, on the landing strip, during takeoff – hits the two and then escapes by opening the door and jumping out of the plane. As the ad goes on, it turns out it was just a dream she had during the flight.

An entirely new generation of Audi’s smallest crossover, the 2019 Audi Q3 range includes the basic Q3 (which comes in Premium and Premium Plus trim levels) and the S Line (which comes in the same trims plus a top Prestige level and features 19-inch wheels, special bumpers, side sills, and badging, as well as optional leather sport seats and paddle shifters.

3.8 inches longer overall and three inches more in the wheelbase, 0.7 inches wider, and 1.5 inches taller than the outgoing Q3, the all-new Q3 features a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine rated at 228 peak horsepower and 258 pound-feet of torque and an 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission with full-time quattro all-wheel-drive.
