UK’s logbook loan provider Varooma has just released a new advert, featuring Joey Essex, to promote its services and highlight that you can use your car to borrow from £500-£5.000 with Varooma.com.

The Only Way Is Essex-star, who has appeared in numerous other reality shows since he rose to fame, in 2011, informs viewers, in the 30-second spot, that their car can lend them up to £5000 on Varooma.com. “They said ‘It’s like a cash-machine, Joey. Really simple.’ They just didn’t tell me where to put the card in.” – he says, while trying to find a place in a Smart car (similar to that from his TOWIE days) to put the card and get the money he wants. When a voiceover tells him he has to go online to get the cash, Essex has a reply that leaves the voiceover with no arguments.

Varooma announced the television advertising partnership with Joey Essex, who has his own range of hair products, Joey Essex: D’Reem Hair, and two fragrances, in September 2017.

First launched in 2012, Varooma is a loan company that allows borrowers to use their vehicles as security to borrow money. The sums they can borrow, despite their poor credit history, range between £500-£5.000.
