Minnesota Lottery advertises its scratch games in a new spot, featuring Dwight Elephant.

The 60-second spot features “Expert Holiday Gift Guide” Dwight Elephant showing up in front of the camera from the Dwight Elephant headquarters, aka his house, with a green mug in his hands, asking viewers how they are and presenting the item he’s going to review, namely the Randy Reindeer Holiday Oven Mitt. Now it says here “Randy is the jolliest way,” that means happy. “Randy is the jolliest way to retrieve that piping hot pie from the oven.” he continues to read, revealing then he is “more of a cobbler man” himself. “He is sorta cute… in a psychotic sort of way,” he concludes, giving him 2 out of 5 stars.

“You know what? Give the gift of excitement this season – scratch games from the Minnesota Lottery,” the voiceover says at the end of the commercial, which showcases some of the available scratch games, such as Cash Flurries, which gives you the chance to win up to $100,000, Peppermint Cash, which gives you the chance to win up to $25,000, Frosty Fun, and Nice, which gives you the chance to win up to $2,000.
