McDonald’s has released a series of new ads promoting its mobile app with Order & Pay, which enables users to order on their time and pick up on their terms.

One of the spots features Fred, a guy who isn’t famous, but skipped the line in a McDonald’s restaurant using Mobile Order & Pay and now he feels like he is.

Another spot features Erika, a woman who also feels like she is famous as she had her McDonald’s order brought to her car. “Order like you’re famous with the McDonald’s app,” the voiceover says at the end of the ads, which also sees the protagonists photographed by a bunch of paparazzi.

According to the fast-food chain, there are three easy steps to order through the McDonald’s App: use the App to pick out your favorite McDonald’s menu items, then visit any participating restaurant of your choice, once you check in through your phone, the restaurant will charge your payment card and begin preparing your order, and, finally, you will be able to enjoy your meal inside the restaurant or on the go with Drive Thru or Curbside Pickup.

The Curbside Pickup consists in having your order delivered to a curbside parking spot. The Drive Thru ordering & pickup option consists in users checking in at the Drive Thru speaker with their 4-digit code to confirm their order. Since the App can automatically detect users’ proximity to any restaurant location, they can pick up their meal from any participating McDonald’s they want after placing an order.
