Lidl UK continues to advertise its Christmas food range in a new spot, featuring the Deluxe Cheese Selection Pack.

The 30-second spot opens with a glimpse into the Christmas home party of a man who upgraded his Christmas with a Deluxe Cheese Selection Pack and Deluxe Premium Wax Chuckles from Lidl. The voiceover mentions that the party host has also upgraded his Christmas with an industrial snow camera, but he didn’t think that one through, apparently, judging by the damage the “device” has caused in his backyard.

The advert ends with the voiceover adding the tagline “Make Christmas a Lidl special,” while on screen are featured two ladies watching the man putting his industrial snow camera in action.

The supermarket chain has also advertised, in its Christmas ads, its offerings on chicken breast skewers and crispy coated prawns, available for $1.59/10 pieces and 1.99/12 pieces, respectively, on the Hortus Oriental Spiced Gin, which is priced at 15.99, and the Deluxe Fresh Broadland Free Range Turkey, which will be available for purchase in stores starting December 19.
