Britvic has launched a £3m ad campaign for J2O and J20 Spritz and used a cockney alpaca named Mojo as the face of the campaign.
One of the spots included in the campaign, advertising J20 Spritz, features Mojo at a birthday party telling a guest that “Birthdays begin with a bit of bubbly” and handing her a bottle of J20 Spritz, for which he is rewarded with a kiss. “Find your Mojo!” he says at the end of the ad, winking.
The “Find Your Mojo” campaign, which debuted on May 25 and is set to run until the end of August, includes TV advertising on mainstream channels nationwide, outdoor advertising, and digital activity. According to Tristan Farnworth, commercial director for convenience & impulse at Britvic, throughout the campaign, Mojo will “offer his pearls of wisdom to help people make the most of their social occasions and find their mojo”.
The range of J20 flavors includes Orange & Passion Fruit, Apple & Mango, and Apple & Raspberry. J20 Spritz, which has only 55 calories, is lightly sparkling and is available in three fruity flavors: Pear & Raspberry, Apple & Watermelon, and Peach & Apricot.
