UK’s hybrid estate agent Emoov invites people, in a new advert, to join the Emoovement and discover a better way to sell their home.

Join us, join the Emoovement.” – the voiceover says in the 30-second spot, adding that Emoov is rated the UK’s no. 1 Hybrid Estate Agent. Throughout the ad canaries are seen flying across neighborhoods where several houses have been sold by Emoov. Various persons living in those neighborhoods are also seen looking up to the sky at the small yellow birds that make attention-grabbing “(e)moovements”.

The ad also highlights that Emoov is winner of AllAgents best Hybrid Estate Agents for the past three years.

Emoov charges homeowners an upfront fixed fee of £795 (non-refundable ) rather than a commission and percentage of their sale price to have their house(s) sold. The estate agent informs that homes for sale are advertised on hundreds of the biggest property websites including Zoopla, Rightmove, Prime Location and Emoov.co.uk, and that homeowners also have another payment option, that implies paying £1495 only when sold and no penny if their house is not sold.
