Credit Karma Tax Commercial
Credit Karma highlights, in a hilarious new commercial, that Credit Karma Tax helps you get the max back, free of charge, and urges people to file now to claim their max tax karma.
“Karma is all about payback. Fortunately, so is Tax Karma, when you file with Credit Karma Tax.” – the voiceover says at the beginning of the 45-second spot, which features footage of karma “in action”. More precisely, people who are doing bad things to others or are trying to do end up hurt. For instance, a guy intended to hit the leg of a chair in which a friend sits end up hurt on the ground, while his friend remains chill in the chair, even if it afterwards has only three legs. Another guy, who pushes a fellow into the pool, falls in the water too. A man crossing the street on a crosswalk who shows his middle finger to a driver stopped at the traffic light bangs his head against a pole as he wasn’t looking ahead, but at the person at the wheel. The voiceover goes on by making a series of analogies between filing with Credit Karma Tax and some positive “payback”, like “when your child tax credit pays for a much needed night out” or “medical deductions help pay for more dumb mistakes”. “It’s when charitable donations come back as a new and totally unnecessary experience. Or a property damage right off helping with the kitchen remodel. It all comes back around with Tax Karma. Just like with real karma.” – the voiceover also says.
Credit Karma Tax includes the most common forms, from Itemized Deductions, Tuition and Fees Deduction, Miscellaneous Income to many more, and allows people to use them free of charge, promising that they will get the max refund guaranteed. The company also provides tips as you go, helpful articles, and online 24/7 free support.
