T-Mobile’s latest ad highlights that its T-Mobile One plan enables its users to stream, post and share all things MLB all season long.
The 30-second spot features a young man taking an ice bath with Nelson Cruz and informing him, while taking his
smartphone out of a plastic bag, that with T-Mobile’s unlimited data he’s got unlimited access to all things MLB. “This is cool, right?” – the man asks Cruz, referring to the two of them taking an ice bath together and watching a baseball game. “That’s cool” – answers Cruz, referring to the possibility to stream games live, and adding “This is weird”, referring to the two of them in the same tub.
The spot ends with the voiceover urging you to “stream, post and share all things MLB on the most advanced LTE network” and mentioning “Unlimited data it’s unlimited baseball”.
2017 marks the fourth consecutive year that the telecommunications company has offered its customers a free year of MLB.TV Premium, which enables baseball fans to stream every out-of-market game live or on demand on the web with supported devices, including the Mac, iPhone, iPad, Apple TV, PlayStation 4, Roku, and Google Chromecast.
