Hardee’s has launched a series of new ads called “Charbroiled Chicken Chats with Junior”, starring Carl Junior telling various things to his dad.

In one of the spots, Junior tells Carl Senior about the time he got seasick in the shower and washed his hair “too hard”. While his dad is holding a charbroiled chicken sandwich, ready to grab a bite, Junior keeps giving details about his “hairy situation”, saying that he got dizzy, fell out and knocked his head on the toilet, and that, at that point, he doesn’t really remember much.

The spot ends with the three Charbroiled Chicken Sandwiches (Club, Hawaiian, and BBQ), made with no antibiotics, which are available for a limited time at participating restaurants.

The Charbroiled Chicken Club Sandwich is made with charbroiled chicken breast, two strips of bacon, melted Swiss cheese, lettuce, tomato and mayonaise on a honey wheat bun, the Charbroiled Hawaiian Chicken Sandwich is made with charbroiled chicken breast, charbroiled pineapple, teriyaki sauce, Swiss cheese, red onion, lettuce, and tomato on a honey wheat bun, and the Charbroiled BBQ Chicken Sandwich is made with charbroiled chicken breast, lettuce, tomato and tangy BBQ sauce on a honey wheat bun.
