GoCompare promotes its wesbite in a new advert, starring opera singer Wynne Evans, who reprised his role as Gio Compario, the spokesman for the price comparison website.

The spot, dubbed “Monster Bill”, features Ken and Boris, two friends who find themselves “joined” by a “porky passenger” in the car. The latter, that’s actually Monster Bill and is getting fatter all the time, has slipped into the back seat and snaffles all the cash wasted on overpriced car insurance bills. As he’s seen gulping some bills, Gio Compario shows up and saves the day, telling the two guys to Go Compare.

The ad highlights that, as of June 2017, 51% of those using GoCompare could save up to £275.
