ESPN promotes Fantasy Football in a new commercial.

The 30-second spot features a group of men wearing medieval costumes playing – apparently – a role-playing game in the park. The leader tells one of the participants that he cannot go to the battle without a proper blade and asks “brother Malakai” to “summon the finest mighty steel blade from his steed”. “What?” – asked the latter confused.

The leader then translates his request (“Can you get a sword out of your minivan for Steve?”) and brother Malakai runs to the minivan to bring a sword.

“Spending a football Sunday like this? Bad fantasy.” – says the voiceover at the end of the spot, adding that playing ESPN Fantasy Football makes Sundays real fun and is a “good fantasy”. He then urges viewers to play the #1 football fantasy game and sign up now at the ESPN website in the Good Fantasy section.
