The 30-second spot features several persons handing over some gift boxes toward the camera and saying some lines
that no one really says, but actually does. “Here, I got it from the same place I bought your present from last year. And the year before.”, “Something from the link you sent us.”, “I found the perfect gift for you. But it shouldn’t ship in time, so I just texted you a photo.”, “I bought it with one click.” and “I included a gift receipt.” – are some of the “confessions” made by the protagonists.

The commercial ends with the voiceover saying “Don’t shop like everybody else. This year, shop eBay for brand new, nearly new, and totally-you gifts.”
