Care.com, the website that helps families find child care, tutoring, special needs care, senior care, pet care, housekeeping and more, promotes its services in a new commercial, urging you to “get the help you need”.

The 30-second spot, titled “The Fixer”, features a young boy dressed in a cowboy suit, who introduces himself as “The Fixer” because this is how they call him in the house. “Whatever needs doing, I’m your man”, says the kid, showing us how he deals with coyotes giving him trouble (aka the family’s dog who tries to search through the garbage can) and revealing that there’s one thing he can’t fix: his parents’ busy lives, including working, housekeeping, taking care of the little baby, and more. He then says it’s “time for care.com”, where you can find sitters ready to do more, such as laundry help, errands, grocery shopping.

The spot ends with a sitter showing up at the boy’s door, with a cowboy hat on her head, greeting the kid with a “Hello, sheriff!” that makes him enthusiastic, and with the company’s tagline, “Get the help you need”.
