With good fats, great taste and nearly 20 vitamins and minerals, they’re extraordinarily good and healthy.” – the voiceover says at the beginning of the 30-second spot, while on screen various dishes including avocado are seen. He then continues to explain “how extraordinarily good and healthy” these avocados are by making an analogy.

“If Avocados from Mexico were Pilates, they’d be very very very very extraordinary Pilates.” – he says, while a Pilates class is seen being held in several places, with different new elements that make it special, just like avocado makes various dishes special.
