Honda showcases, in a new commercial, the 2018 Honda CR-V and its capabilities in inclement weather, inviting you to see how smoothly this SUV performs during the storm.

The 30-second spot, titled “Puddles”, features a young woman on a test drive on a rainy day. She’s at the wheel of a 2018 CR-V 2WD LX model and she really seems to enjoy driving it, despite the bad weather. “I hope you don’t mind the weather. Though now you really get to feel how the Honda CR-V drives in the rain.” – the Honda representative seating in the passenger’s seat tells her. “Mind? This is my favorite type of weather.” – the woman answers, recalling a a moment of her childhood when she got out and jumped in a puddle, joyfully. “You’ll enjoy even more this CR-V with its great styling and smooth handling.” – the man adds, asking then if they should head back, given that it was starting to come down. Her reply was definitely what he had expected, as she suggested to take the long way.

The commercial ends with the voiceover encouraging you to “Handle any season confidently in the 2018 CR-V from
Honda.”
