Versace droped a short ad promoting Zayn Malik’s debut capsule collection for Versus Versace, called Zayn x Versus, which debuted online on June 19.
The 15-second spot features the 24-year-old singer, who has worked closely with Donatella Versace to design a collection for both women and men, and Bella Hadid (his girlfriend’s sister), who models the women’s pieces from the fashion line, including a Eco-Leather Biker ($1.475), lace-up eco-leather pants ($675), a patch nylon bomber ($950), scuba mini dress ($450), triangle bralette ($225), triangle top dress ($395), long sleeve crop top ($250), nylon track pants ($275), lace-up eco-leather skirt ($475), lateral lace-up mini dress ($1.325), lateral lace-up skinny jeans ($450), and other pieces.
The men’s ZXV collection includes a cotton hoodie with drawstring accents, Versus logo, front zip closure and
fleece lining at $395, an eco-leather biker jacket ($1.550) featuring front zip closure with metal hardware accents
and Zayn Versus printed and embroidered lettering on reverse and on the sleeves, sweatpants ($325), T-shirts ranging from $175 to $225, a distressed denim jacket ($525) and distressed jeans ($325), a bomber trench ($1.075), a Canvas Graphic Parka ($1.350) and other pieces. The main shades are khaki green, wine, black and white.
The collection will debut in stores on June 28, following a launch event in the New York boutique. A percentage of the net profits will be donated to charity.
