Honda showcases the redesigned 2018 Honda Fit and its high tech and sporty character in a new ad campaign, titled “Fit for Fun”, that focuses on the “fun” attributes of the car, like a new Sport trim, striking new colors and enhanced technology including Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
The engaging and comedy-driven marketing campaign, described as “the brand’s most robust multicultural, mobile and social-driven campaign to-date”, features comedians and influencers like Nick Cannon, Renny, Lejuan James and Frankie Quiñones, as well as integrations with Snapchat, UPROXX, Pandora and mitú.
“When you introduce the Honda Fit into your life, you end up with the perfect, um… fituation.” – the voiceover says at the beginning of one of the spots, titled “Play List”, which features two friends, Dawn and Shauna, who have a long road trip ahead of them. “In the wrong car, this could be boring.”, as the voiceover mentions, but thanks to Renny, who makes some recommendations. He advises them to take the Fit, play their playlist right off their phone, and set the move for any situation, adding there’s also Bluetooth hands-free link to keep their eyes on the road and their hands on the wheel.
The 2018 Honda Fit has arrived with a stylish new look, updated technology, and available safety features. Among its major connectivity upgrades there are a 7-inch Display Audio touch-screen featuring Apple CarPlay and Android Auto (included on Fit Sport, EX and EX-L trims).
